Terms of Service
Client Identification & Authority: For the purposes of any agreement, the “Client” is defined as the individual(s) named on the booking and/or the person(s) receiving any documentation provided by Magical Memories by Casey – Part of Main Street and More Travel, LLC (MMC). By proceeding with a booking, the client confirms they have the legal authority to agree to all terms on behalf of all travelers in their party.
Payment & Financial Role: Magical Memories by Casey – Part of Main Street and More Travel, LLC (MMC) does not collect or hold client funds for travel services. All payments for travel arrangements (including airfare, hotel, tours, or other) are processed directly by the third-party suppliers named in your itinerary. MMC acts solely as a facilitator to process these payments on your behalf. Any refunds, credits, or financial adjustments are subject to the specific supplier’s policies and must be authorized and issued by the supplier, not MMC.
Accuracy, Invoicing, & Precedence: MMC strives for total accuracy in all planning and invoicing. As this is a manual, personalized process, the right is reserved to correct any clerical or pricing inaccuracies as soon as they are identified. Because travel documentation and terms may be updated at any time, the most recent version of all Disclosure & Terms of Service provided to the Client supersedes and takes precedence over all previous versions, quotes, or iterations including pre-trip, during the trip, or post-trip.
Agency & Advocacy: MMC acts as a professional advisor and sales agent for independent travel suppliers. While I work with reputable suppliers who carefully vet their partners and I act as your dedicated advocate in the event of a dispute, I do not own, manage, or control these third-party entities.
Client Responsibility & Final Review: Travel planning is a collaborative process. The final responsibility for the review of all travel documents, itineraries, and booking details rests solely with the client. It is the client’s obligation to verify that all dates, names, room categories, and logistics align with their expectations upon receipt of confirmation. By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges they have reviewed all details and find them to be accurate.
Limitation of Liability: By booking your travel through MMC, you agree to hold Casey Wooley and Magical Memories by Casey – Part of Main Street and More Travel, LLC harmless for any financial loss, injury, or damages resulting from a supplier’s failure to perform, category misrepresentations, breach of contract, or any other acts or omissions of third-party service providers. While I provide full professional support to advocate for a resolution on your behalf, the ultimate legal and financial responsibility for the delivery of travel services rests solely with the specific supplier(s) named in your itinerary.
