I wanted to take a quick moment to say THANK YOU for all your time, patience, and quick responsiveness when planning our trip and beyond. We were able to take advantage of the park hopper pass and go to Animal Kingdom after all! The Expedition Everest coaster was my 8 year old’s “tie for first” ride (number 1 being Rock and Roller Coaster). We spent almost the entire day at Galaxy’s Edge, even staying 12+ hours at Hollywood Studios. By the way, I highly recommend the Brown Derby for dinner. It took almost a year to convince my husband to take this trip. Now that we are home, he mentioned the other night “…so when we go back in a year or two..” I couldn’t believe it!

I had a huge advantage going into planning a Disney vacation for my family. I felt excited and relaxed that I had the best possible person for the trip. We wanted to stay in park and wanted rooms close to each other, to check in early, and transportation to and from the airport to our hotel at Port Orleans. We wanted information on restaurants, magic bands, express lane service for all 3 days. The vacation was perfectly laid out and planned by Casey and my family is still talking about how wonderful it was.

I will never plan another vacation without Casey. It could not have been any easier for us. I did nothing but tell Casey I wanted to be by the ocean and I wanted to fly in an airplane and I wanted it to be fancy. Casey did EVERYTHING…twice. He worked so hard to have one vacation package planned and ready to book for us, and we changed our minds…literally at the last minute. He started over from square one and came up with this dream vacation. He exceed our expectations and was very conscious of staying in our budget. He was always responsive and ready to answer any and all our questions and, trust me, we had a lot! At one point I was SICK OF US. LOL. He even planned our vacation while he was on vacation. I’m pretty sure my husband talked to him while he was in Disney waiting for a ride. I’m going to Barbados and I’m going to have a Butler!

While it took a few days to get our sea legs, we had some amazing moments! So many great surprise character interactions on the ship. The childcare on the ship and the Broadway style shows were absolutely outstanding and I would cruise again just for those! Casey is THE person to go to when planning your Disney vacation! My fiancée and I planned a last-minute trip to Disneyland to visit Anaheim with family. Casey made the entire process so easy.
